Qualifikationen

• Experience in product management within financial services or related transformation programs.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and specs.
• Strong understanding of middle and back-office operations and post-trade processes.
• Experience delivering complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret architectural diagrams, APIs, and data flows.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in a leading bank, hedge fund, asset manager or top consultancy.

Aufgaben

• Own product strategy, roadmaps and delivery across Middle Office, Post-Trade and Treasury Tech.
• Lead initiatives handling trade lifecycle management, settlements, reconciliations and cash management.
• Partner with Trading, Treasury, Finance, Operations and Engineering to drive improvements.
• Drive enhancements across collateral, margin, funding and liquidity workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and implementation plans.
• Oversee platform enhancements, integrations, and workflow automation.
