Job summary

Natixis is seeking a Mid-level Middle Office Agency Specialist (Associate or VP) to serve as the operational interface for borrowers, sponsors, and syndicate lenders across structured debt facilities.

The role covers fund finance, CLO administration, and project finance lifecycle management, including collateral data management, cash waterfall execution, and covenant validation. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for interacting with lenders and legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in credit markets, syndicated loan operations, project finance administration, or debt agency services.
• Experience administering Capital Call/Subscription facilities and Warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer agented fund finance facilities, including capital call lines and warehouse facilities.
• Monitor Borrowing Base Certificates and enforce advance rates and collateral criteria.
• Track CLO collateral data and coordinate with Trustees and collateral managers.
• Assist in CLO portfolio compliance metrics and tests.
• Coordinate project drawdowns, disbursements, and sign-offs during construction.
• Manage DSRA, Maintenance Reserves, and Revenue Accounts in cash waterfalls.
• Review and extract requirements from credit agreements and security documents.
• Process daily loan activity including drawings, rollovers, repayments, rates, and fees.
