Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a mid-level Middle Office Agency Specialist (Assoc. or VP) to serve as the operational interface for borrowers, sponsors, and lenders across structured debt products.

The role emphasizes fund finance facilities, CLO administration, and complex project finance workflows in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor borrowing bases, manage collateral data, validate covenants, and oversee daily loan activity, with close collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in credit markets, syndicated loan operations, project finance administration, or debt agency services.
• Experience administering capital call/subscription facilities and warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer agented fund finance facilities, including capital call lines and warehouse facilities.
• Review and verify Borrowing Base Certificates for compliance with advance rates and collateral criteria.
• Maintain CLO collateral data and coordinate with CLO Trustees and collateral managers.
• Assist in CLO portfolio compliance tests and related metrics.
• Manage project finance drawdowns, construction monitoring, and waterfall cash flows.
• Oversee debt service reserves, maintenance reserves, and revenue accounts.
• Review credit and facility agreements to extract operational requirements and fee structures.
• Coordinate daily loan activity including utilizations, rollovers, and repayments.
