Everforth Apex is seeking a detail‑oriented Middle Office Operations Analyst in Pittsburgh to provide accounting and trading support for investment funds. You will handle derivatives operations, maintain accurate records, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.

The role requires strong Excel skills, a solid understanding of derivatives, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a financial services environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to understand financial markets, operational processes, and derivatives concepts.
• Willingness to work with AI‑enabled tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline‑driven financial‑services environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accounting and trading support for funds of moderate complexity.
• Assist with daily exchange‑traded derivatives and cleared over‑the‑counter derivatives troubleshooting activities under supervision.
• Track fund data, account activity, and trades with accurate records.
• Review documents processed across the organization to verify compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Confirm that transactions and documentation have been processed accurately and with appropriate risk controls.
• Monitor relevant email queues and respond to operational escalations.
• Support account setup activities and other business needs as assigned.
• Identify potential process failures and prepare error reports for internal teams or clients.
• Apply knowledge of compliance requirements, service‑level agreements, and operational procedures to daily responsibilities.
• Use Excel, Microsoft Office, and AI‑enabled tools to support analysis, reporting, and process efficiency.
