The Middle/High School English Teacher is responsible for fostering a lifelong love of reading, writing, and critical thinking for students across multiple secondary grade levels (typically spanning grades 7â12). Because of the district's close-knit nature, this educator plays a vital role in building deep, multi-year relationships with students and families, aligning curriculum across transitions, and contributing actively to a collaborative school culture.
Per Master Agreement between the Beal City Public Schools Board of Education and the Beal City Education Association. The salary schedule placement is based upon the total number of years of teaching and reported to the Michigan Office of Retirement Services (ORS).
