Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager to scale an existing portfolio across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models. You will monitor daily and weekly partner KPIs, optimize traffic quality and conversions, and ensure accurate attribution through robust tracking infrastructure.

The role is full-time remote with flexible location, offering 28 vacation days and 7 wellness days per year, plus bonuses, training reimbursement, health support, and workspace equipment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle affiliate account management experience.
• Strong understanding of affiliate models and channel economics.
• Technical literacy in tracking, pixels, postbacks, and API.
