Qualifications

• Experience leading mobile game projects in a fast-paced studio.
• Strong proficiency with Unity and C#, and hands-on coding.
• Proven ability to plan roadmaps and drive technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on coding to implement innovative features.
• Plan evolution of client technology aligned with product goals.
• Manage development cycles with the team and ensure quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teammates.
• Collaborate with GM on recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain high coding standards and long-term quality.
• Monitor product health with central teams for improvement.
• Analyze, adapt and refine mobile game mechanics.
• Work with product leadership on roadmaps and rollouts.
