San Miguel Attorneys P.C. is seeking an attorney willing to serve business owners and individuals on diverse matters.

You will handle breach of contract, real estate disputes, corporate divorces, and construction/UCC/DTPA claims, and you should be prepared to go to court and own cases from day one. The role requires excellent research and writing abilities, strong argumentation skills, and comfort with modern technology to obtain court experience quickly.

Qualificações

• Minimum billables: 1,680 hrs per year.
• Strong research and writing skills required.
• Ability to argue well in writing or orally.
• Willingness to go to court and take ownership of cases from the start.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in breach of contract, real estate disputes, corporate divorces, construction claims, and UCC/DTPA matters.
• Go to court and take ownership of cases from start to finish.
• Collaborate with owners, senior partners, associates, and paralegals to effectively serve clients.

We need an attorney who is willing to serve business owners and individuals with different matters including breach of contract cases, real estate disputes, corporate divorces, construction claims, UCC claims, DTPA claims, among others. We are growing, and we need talent that can work hard to represent clients well, that means we need you to go to court and start taking ownership cases from the start. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with the Owners, senior partners, associates, and paralegals in an effort to effectively serve clients. If you have excellent research and writing skills, can argue well in writing or orally, easily use today’s technology, and want to obtain court experience faster, we would love to have you!

Minimum billables: 1,680 hrs per year.

Bonuses after 90 days, every pay cycle, if you qualify based on the additional hours you log over 1,680.
