Florida Bar Foundation is seeking an associate attorney to join a busy team focusing on construction, business, and real estate law and litigation. The role is primarily in-person with some remote work and schedule flexibility, offering growth opportunities and a partnership track.

The ideal candidate will handle litigation cases, develop client relationships, and contribute to trial readiness. Salary is competitive with bonus opportunities based on hours billed and business originated.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and admission to the bar in good standing.

• 2–6 years of experience in litigation preferred.

We are looking for an associate attorney to add to our team, which focuses primarily on construction, business, and real estate law and litigation. Our firm is busy, successful, and our team is close-knit. The office environment is laid back and collegial. We strive to deliver excellent results and service to clients while enjoying what we do. This position would be primarily in-person, but with schedule flexibility and some remote work opportunities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow are essential. Prior experience with litigation and, particularly in our practice areas as well as a book of business are valued, but not required.

Whether you are already a senior associate or looking to grow into that role, we will give you tremendous opportunities to grow and learn in a challenging and rewarding practice. The ideal candidate will be someone who appreciates being treated like a professional and not micro-managed.

This is a partnership track position. The ideal candidate would be ambitious and looking to grow their practice and book with our marketing support. Bonus opportunities scale to your investment in the practice, and are based on hours billed as well as business originated. Discretionary bonuses are available as well. Our expectations for billable hours are very reasonable, and are typically 1,500 yearly.

The ideal candidate will work and help manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. We go to trial, so if you are looking to gain big hearing and trial experience, this is the opportunity for you.
