Job summary

Fisher Phillips in Denver seeks a licensed attorney with Utah and Colorado bar admissions to join our litigation practice. The role emphasizes handling Title VII, wage-related, harassment, and related employment claims.

You will manage matters from inception through resolution, mentor under partners, and work in a hybrid environment to grow the firm's practice with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Utah and Colorado.
• Requires litigation experience including trial/evidentiary hearings and the ability to manage matters independently from inception through resolution.
• Experience handling Title VII matters, unpaid compensation and wage-related claims, and harassment and employment-related claims is essential.
• Day-to-day work involves litigation tasks such as responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations, as well as advisory work like drafting/revising handbooks and client training under state and federal employment laws.
