Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid Targeting Analyst to support a federal government client in Huntsville, AL. The role requires TS/SCI with a CI Poly or the ability to obtain one, and involves targeting prioritization, database nominations, and producing all-source assessments to support mission objectives.

You will work with MIDB and Joint Targeting Toolkit data, develop daily target packets, and contribute to collateral damage estimation and dynamic engagements.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in the specific labor category, with at least four years in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; bachelor’s substitution option available.
• Preferred completion of in-resident Joint Targeting/Geospatial courses or similar training.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives.
• Develop daily target nomination packets and manage database records in MIDB.

Mid Targeting Analyst Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid Targeting Analyst to support a federal government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. • Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one. Job Requirements Description:
• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations, creates and updates the database, and upload targeting materials (TMs) into databases to include relevant space / counter-space data into the Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB) in a format that can interface with targeting processes and tools to include the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT) on a weekly basis.
• Develops daily target nomination packets, create database records, and database target intelligence products.
• The Targeting Analyst will produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements.
• Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
• Desired Experience:
• 8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Desired Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Desired education/training: successful completion of in-resident Joint Targeting course, the Geospatial Imagery / Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course.
