Job summary

Sellers & Associates LLC is seeking a Mid Systems Analyst (LVCt) in San Diego to support NAVWAR TSPO's Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training initiatives. The role emphasizes analysis, planning, integration, and coordination with NAVWAR program offices, Fleet commands, and other DoD stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting Navy/DoD systems or training programs.
• Familiarity with LVCt, distributed training, or synthetic training capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze data processing problems to develop solutions.
• Perform systems management and integration functions; review capabilities and schedules.
• Transform user requirements into technical design specifications and liaison between parties.
• Support NAVWAR TSPO LVCt initiatives and Fleet training requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, integrate, execute, and assess LVCt events and Fleet training exercises.
• Develop briefings, reports, and technical documentation supporting LVCt initiatives.
