Job summary

You will install new equipment and OS, review infrastructure, and prepare improvement plans to boost security and efficiency.

You will translate metrics into actionable insights for researchers, collaborate with engineers, and help create computing environments that optimize results.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT systems support for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Experience configuring Unix/Linux/Windows OS incl. security hardening and OS imaging.
• Experience optimizing system operations, capacity planning, and benchmarking.
• Experience supporting researchers and resolving IT roadblocks in complex environments.
• TS/SCI clearance required; IAT Level II certification preferred.
