Hupp Electric Motors Inc. is seeking a Medium Motors Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain medium-sized motors and vehicles. Training will start on 1st shift and move to 2nd/3rd as needed; prior experience and willingness to learn are valued.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and reliability in a Midwest service environment. Responsibilities include inspections, diagnostics, and documentation, with a focus on minimizing downtime and extending equipment life.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of formal training or apprenticeship in automotive/medium motor mechanics.
• Proven experience as a mechanic on medium-sized motors/vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on medium-sized motors and vehicles to identify issues before they escalate.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and manual inspection; perform repairs or replace faulty components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including parts and labor hours.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of repair jobs.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
