Hupp Electric Motors Inc. is seeking a Medium Motors Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain medium-sized motors and vehicles.

The role includes learning on first shift and advancing to 2nd or 3rd shift based on performance, with a focus on safety and operational reliability. Ideal candidates will have formal automotive training, experience with preventive maintenance, and the ability to work both independently and within service teams.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and formal automotive/medium motor training.
• Experience repairing medium motors or vehicles is required or demonstrated.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and independent problem solving is expected.

Mansioni

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on medium-sized motors and vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and manual inspection; repair or replace faulty components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs including parts and labor hours.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental regulations, and company policies.
