Job summary

Motor Technology, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Electric Motor Technician I to diagnose, repair, and test AC and DC electromechanical equipment in our Pennsylvania facility.

You will disassemble, inspect, replace worn parts, reassemble, and perform final tests, documenting each job. The role requires 3+ years of experience with industrial rotating equipment, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with industrial rotating equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and safety training.
• Strong computer skills.
• Provide own tools and toolbox.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to be on call one weekend every five weeks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate work orders, diagnose, and repair AC and DC electromechanical equipment.
• Disassemble and inspect equipment, replace worn parts, reassemble units.
• Conduct final performance tests and document jobs.
