Job summary

Cencora in Minnesota is seeking a warehouse and operations assistant to support fleet, logistics, and storage activities, ensuring accurate records and timely product movement across transportation and shipment processes. You will help maintain traceability and comply with warehouse standards in a fast-paced environment.

With less than 2 years in related roles and a High School diploma (CSCP preferred), you will handle routine tasks, support packaging and outbound readiness, and escalate

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging and shipping.
• Understanding of inventory control principles, stock movement tracking and material traceability.
• Experience with temperature-controlled handling and cold chain requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to enable timely product movement.
• Maintains operational records, ensures transaction accuracy and workflow adherence.
• Processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines.
• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions and shipment documents to maintain traceability.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment for safe flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
