Job summary

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is seeking energetic Warehouse Mid-Shift Associates to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order fulfillment. You will unload trailers, stock locations, and support cycle counts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll work with WMS tools, scanners, and various picking methods, contributing to a productive team environment and a strong start to night production shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferably 1 year warehouse experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required to obtain certification and safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment.
• Employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload a trailer of product, verify load for accuracy and stage for put away.
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice-directed picking or paper pick tickets.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards as identified through Labor Management metrics.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachments, and/or clamper truck.
• Use WMS scan guns and tools to maintain proper inventory levels and locations in the warehouse.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
• Interact with associates during shift hand-offs and with delivery personnel and early-morning receiving crew.
