Job summary

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is seeking talented Warehouse Day Associates to join the operations team in Atlanta. You will unload trailers, verify loads for accuracy, and stage products for put away while meeting daily productivity and accuracy standards.

You will also pick and pack orders using scanners or paper tickets, operate forklifts and other equipment, and maintain inventory through the WMS and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; preferably one year warehouse experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers safely, verify load accuracy and stage for put away.
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice-directed picking or paper pick tickets.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards as identified through LM metrics.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachments, and clamper trucks.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns for inventory control and proper location of goods.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts; hand off between shifts; interact with delivery personnel and early morning receiving crew.
