Job summary

Republic National Distributing Company in Atlanta is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, put-away, replenishment and inventory control on the Day Shift. You will help ensure orders are filled accurately and products are delivered on time, with complete training and support provided.

The role involves unloads, picking, packing, MHE operation, and use of WMS scanners. You will contribute to daily inventory accuracy and teamwork across shifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Certified and able to operate MHE including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment and clamper truck.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload trailers and stage for put away.
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice directed picking or paper tickets.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards as identified through LM metrics.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachments, and clamper trucks.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns to maintain proper inventory and locations.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
• Interact with associates during shift hand-offs and with delivery personnel and early morning receiving crew.
