Job summary

Republic National Distributing Company in Louisville, KY is seeking Warehouse Night Associates to join our operations team. You will pick, pack and load customer orders for next-day delivery, perform replenishment and inventory control, and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma and about one year of warehouse experience, plus certification to operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ideally one year of warehouse experience.
• Must be certified and able to safely operate MHE including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and clamper truck.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers safely, verify loads, and stage for put away.
• Pick and pack orders using various picking methods.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards based on LM metrics.
• Safely operate MHE and use WMS scan tools to maintain inventory.
