LG Electronics in Tennessee is hiring a manufacturing maintenance technician for the mid shift (1:30pm–11:30pm). The role starts at $19.00/hour with potential increases based on experience.

Responsibilities include machine start-up/shut-down, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and quality checks using precision tools. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, basic math skills, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to analyze and troubleshoot production issues.
• Basic mathematics skills are required.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Lean manufacturing concepts and basic regulatory knowledge encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and report to leadership.
• Start up and shut down machinery.
• Mechanical experience troubleshooting various issues.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance: assemble and repair wiring or electrical components.
• Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery.
• Clean and lubricate machinery.
• Maintain good condition of machinery and operation.
• Use precision tools to inspect finished products and track data.
