Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Over 2 years of experience preferred.
• Basic mathematics skills needed for measurements and calculations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate problems causing production delays or machine errors.
• Safety and regulatory knowledge: plant safety rules, lean manufacturing concepts and GMP/ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and report to leadership.
• Start up and shut down machinery.
• Troubleshoot and maintain machinery and electrical components as needed.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery parts.
• Use precision tools to inspect products and track data.
