Job summary

Crescent Crown Distributing, LLC is looking for an experienced warehouse associate in Baton Rouge, LA 70815. You will support mid-shift operations, loading, receiving, and pallet movement, while ensuring safety and accuracy.

You will operate a forklift and ride/walk pallet jacks to pull orders for next-day delivery. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment required.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong communication with supervisors and teammates.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior food/beverage warehouse experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Support mid-shift warehouse functions in a safe, accurate, efficient manner.
• Operate forklift and ride/walk pallet jacks to pull orders for next-day delivery.
• Load, receive, replenishment, and check-in of trucks and returns.
• Maintain safety policies and procedures and effective interdepartmental communication.
• Adhere to Crescent Crown Vision and work with accuracy and teamwork.
