Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking a Mobile Plant Operator at our Oklahoma site to operate excavators and support portable crushing operations. You will load materials, perform routine checks, and assist with plant setup, relocation, and breakdown while maintaining a safe, efficient material flow.

Flexibility for mid-shift hours (11am–9pm) and the ability to adapt to changing work locations are essential. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

• Skilled in operating excavators and other heavy equipment in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators to load raw materials into portable crushing equipment.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Assist with plant setup, relocation, and breakdown as needed.
• Communicate with team members to maintain efficient material flow.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures on site; Mid Shift Hours: 11am - 9pm.
