Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking a Mobile Plant Operator at our Oklahoma site to operate excavators and support portable crushing operations. You will load materials, perform routine checks, and assist with plant setup, relocation, and breakdown while maintaining a safe, efficient material flow.

Flexibility for mid-shift hours (11am–9pm) and the ability to adapt to changing work locations are essential. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands of the Job

Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment

Frequent walking, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate controls and inspect equipment

Tolerance for working in dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environments

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots
