Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking skilled operators to run excavators and other heavy equipment in a production plant environment.

You will load raw materials, perform basic maintenance, and assist with plant setup, relocation, and breakdown while coordinating with team members to maintain smooth material flow. Candidates should be safety-focused, able to work independently or with a mobile crew, and possess basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
