Job summary

St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, Oklahoma, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. Mid shift, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM, join a fast-paced team dedicated to delivering safe, compassionate care.

You will assess and implement individualized care, work with physicians and inter-disciplinary teams, and educate patients and families while upholding high nursing standards in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS required.
• ALS, PALS and NIH Stroke Scale required within six (6) months of employment in Emergency Department.
• NRP is preferred, but not required.
• TNCC and PEARS encouraged within two (2) years of hire.
• Two to three years' experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
• TEAM/De-Escalation training completed within six (6) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Serve as a patient advocate and trusted clinical resource.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining professional nursing standards.
• Utilize critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment.
