Job summary

Qualifications

• Working toward A+ certification as stated.
• Solid basic computer skills and familiarity with common PC components.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, tablets and other PCs.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Disassemble and reassemble computer components as needed.
• Prepare systems for software installation and updates.
• Meet daily KPI targets (1.25–1.8) within 90 days.
