Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, tablets and all-in-ones.
• Troubleshoot both hardware and software components.
• Take apart and re-assemble computer hardware and peripherals.
• Repair and replace LCDs/HDDs for various models.
• Set up computer systems and install software as needed.
• Meet KPI targets (1.25–1.8 units/hour) within 90 days.
