Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Team Member to deliver memorable guest experiences with Cajun hospitality. You will greet guests, take orders, and process payments while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the restaurant.

The role requires the ability to work multiple stations and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting. You’ll learn all areas of restaurant operations and join a team energized by growth, learning, and providing excellent service to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Able to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and to work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom and exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the Popeyes brand and menu items.
• Checks food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts; acts with integrity and promotes the Popeyes culture.
