Thinkof Inc. is seeking a Mid–Senior Level Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to a variety of web and service-side projects. You’ll work across the stack designing responsive user interfaces, building robust back-end services, and ensuring end-to-end quality and security.

What You’ll Do

Front-End Development

• Implement theming solutions (light/dark modes) and smooth interactions (200–300 ms motion).
• Maintain and document UI components in Storybook, including accessibility annotations.

Back-End & APIs

• Design, develop, and secure RESTful services or serverless functions (Node.js, Cloudflare Workers, or similar).
• Integrate third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., PDF generation, e-signature tools).
• Manage data persistence and messaging (databases, queues, caching layers).

DevOps & CI/CD

• Build and maintain automated pipelines on GitHub Actions, Cloudflare Pages, or equivalent.
• Monitor performance and reliability; implement logging, metrics, and alerts.
• Participate in architecture and tooling decisions for scalability and security.
• Partner with product, design, and legal teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clear technical specs, perform code reviews, and uphold testing standards (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 4+ years in full-stack development with a track record of shipping production applications.
• Solid understanding of CSS, including theming via variables and responsive design.
• Familiarity with scalable back-end architectures, database design, and API best practices.
• Experience with performance tuning (lazy loading, code splitting, query optimization).

Security & Compliance

• Proven knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and privacy considerations.
• Comfortable with threat modeling, data encryption, and vulnerability mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to drive projects from concept to completion and mentor others.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior work with e-signature or document workflow integrations.
• Experience with GraphQL, serverless databases, or edge-compute platforms.
• Background in building or maintaining design systems (Storybook, custom add-ons).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
