Job summary

Drury University is seeking a Mid MO Recruiter and Education Advisor to oversee enrollment efforts and academic advising for students in the teacher education program across the Mid Missouri region. This role involves travel to St. Robert, Fort Leonard Wood, Lebanon, Rolla, and surrounding areas.

You will develop strategic enrollment plans, build community partnerships, and collaborate with marketing to promote programs. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a higher education, business, or related field with 3–5 years in campus oversight.
• Experience managing a satellite campus or similar unit in higher education preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships with schools, community, and industry.
• Ability to analyze and respond to complex inquiries from students, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campus enrollment plans to meet goals.
• Build education partnerships with local/regional businesses and industry.
• Maintain positive relationships with K-12 schools and university faculty.
• Attend recruitment events and represent the campus.
• Coordinate student practicum and student teaching placements.
• Oversee campus operations, budgeting, and facilities maintenance.
• Provide financial aid support and academic advising as needed.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluation).
