Job Summary:
The Recruiter/ Advisor will be responsible for all the recruitment activities for the Mid Missouri Region along with the academic advising responsibilities for students in the teacher education program for the same areas. This will require work within the St. Robert and or Fort Leonard Wood locations along with travel from Lebanon to Rolla and within 60-90 minutes north and south of St. Robert. Additionally, the Recruiter/Advisor will create and implement strategic and tactical directives to grow enrollment and improve retention as aligned with established goals, achieve student success, and develop corporate and community partnerships.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a higher education, business, or related field and 3-5 years related experience in which the candidate has been responsible for all the functional and strategic aspects of overseeing a campus, center, site, or profit center; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
