Drury University in Springfield, MO seeks a Recruiter/Advisor to lead regional recruitment and academic advising for teacher education programs. This role will work across St.

Robert, Fort Leonard Wood, and surrounding communities, travel to partner sites, and drive enrollment growth and student success. The ideal candidate will develop community partnerships, coordinate student placements, and manage campus operations while supporting financial aid for students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a higher education, business, or related field; 3–5 years campus leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop education partnerships and manage programs.
• Strong communication for diverse stakeholders including schools, universities, and community partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a campus enrollment plan to meet recruitment and retention goals.
• Build education partnerships with local/regional businesses to support enrollment.
• Manage student practicum placements and student teaching processes.
• Oversee campus operations, budgeting, and facilities maintenance.
• Advise St. Robert students and provide financial aid support as needed.
• Coordinate field and clinical experience for Education Department.
