Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field plus 2-3 years of professional experience in software engineering or customer-facing technical roles.
Strong ability to read and troubleshoot code across languages, frameworks, and stacks.
Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues in customer environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

Own the technical customer journey from evaluation through adoption and ongoing success.
Lead onboarding and enablement sessions for developers and customer teams.
Diagnose technical issues across customer environments and collaborate with engineering when needed.
Identify friction and help scale processes and product improvements for future customers.
