The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our Practice team at Overjet. As a Mid-Market CSM, you’re responsible for running successful pilots, expanding your book of business, and ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes through the adoption of Overjet. You will provide strategic guidance to our clients, ranging from power-users to C-Suite executives. Experience in Dental is not required, but the eagerness to jump in and learn a new industry is a must.

We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet — which combines the teamwork of meeting in person, with the flexibility of working from anywhere.
Many of our positions are based in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, Salt Lake City, and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these “geo-hubs” come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
