You will shape how the CS function operates, drive proactive outreach, and implement agentic workflows to scale effectiveness across 800+ mid-market customers.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership leading teams of 6–10+ managers.
• Proven track record in driving retention, reducing churn, and achieving NRR/GRR goals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing.

• Lead and manage a team of ~8 CS Managers serving 800+ customers with $16MM in revenue.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top CS talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion strategies to hit NRR/GRR targets.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve customer experience and outcomes.
• Collaborate in a fully remote environment with clear communication across teams.
• Lead special projects and initiatives to scale the CS function.
• Manage team performance, coaching, and accountability.
• Monitor customer health and guide data-driven decisions using Planhat.
• Refine workflows and agentic processes as the CS function scales.
