Texas Capital Bank seeks a Middle Market Team Lead to drive new relationships and funding for mid-market clients, reporting to the Market Leader and leading a team of Relationship Managers, Associates, and Analysts to deliver financial solutions across industries.

The role requires extensive commercial banking experience, credit analysis expertise, and a track record of managing production metrics, while collaborating with product and partner teams to sell the bank's full range of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience preferred, including experience in credit analysis and/or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated success leading and managing a team in a sales environment with goaled production metrics preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of banking products and services and financial acumen.
• Formal Credit Training or commensurate underwriting experience critical for success.
• Effective team player with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Drive financial results by meeting or exceeding goaled production metrics.
• Preview and ensure high quality Balance Sheet Committee submissions.
• Recruit, develop, manage, and retain a team of Relationship Managers, Associates, and Analysts.
• Actively identify and prioritize top prospect and client relationships.
• Ensure team builds a strategic client acquisition pipeline to deepen market presence.
• Self-source and call on prospects and clients in person.
• Participate in pre-call planning and join Relationship Managers on client calls.
• Support and guide the team through deal lifecycle and negotiations.
• Screen deals, oversee credit reviews, and assess credit worthiness.
• Establish and attend critical business routines to drive discipline and accountability.
