Job summary

Ennoble First Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Illumio Zero Trust Segmentation Platform Engineer to support an Intelligence Community customer in Reston, VA.

This hands‑on role focuses on implementing and supporting Zero Trust segmentation across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and virtualized environments. You will work with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to deploy microsegmentation, policy implementation, and automation while strengthening mission security and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, cloud, or related tech environments.
• Experience with Zero Trust concepts and network segmentation.
• Hands-on Illumio Core/Edge deployment and policy work.
• Automation, scripting, and API-based integrations.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to obtain CSSP-IS and IAT Level III certifications promptly.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, and support Zero Trust segmentation and microsegmentation across enterprise environments.
• Deploy, configure, and operate Illumio Core and Illumio Edge.
• Develop segmentation policies based on dependencies and security requirements.
• Analyze application communication using VEN telemetry and dependency mapping.
• Integrate Illumio with SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, and other platforms.
• Troubleshoot segmentation, connectivity, and policy issues.
• Collaborate across cybersecurity, network, cloud, and app teams.
• Develop automation to improve deployment and operations.
