Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year wind industry technical experience, or 6 months with wind program cert, or 3+ years electrical/hydraulic/mechanical experience.
• Able to climb stairs/ladders with up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with intermediate-level power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and/or installation on wind turbines.
• Follow defined schedules, safety protocols, and instructions.
• Mentor entry-level technicians when needed.
