Mayer Brown’s market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking to hire two mid-level to senior associates with 3-6 years of experience. Ideal candidates should have strong academic credentials and sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm with a particular focus on one of the following areas: tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development (such as construction and EPC contracts) and offtake agreements. Our team is highly collaborative and works seamlessly across offices. We welcome candidates who would be based in our Chicago, Washington D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles or Northern California offices. The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000, although the actual salary could be higher or lower if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified above. This position is also eligible for the Firm’s annual bonus program.
