Mayer Brown LLP is seeking a mid-level associate (2–5 years) to support the Fund Finance practice with solid experience in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings and leveraged finance. Candidates should have strong law school credentials and relevant private practice experience in complex domestic and cross-border financings.
The role can be placed in Chicago, New York, or Charlotte with eligibility for the Firm’s annual bonus program and comprehensive benefits.
The US Finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking one mid-level associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to support the Fund Finance practice. The successful candidate will have solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings. In particular, we are looking for lawyers with strong experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience. We are looking to place in Charlotte, Chicago, or New York. The salary for this position is $235,000 to $365,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified above. This position is eligible for the Firm’s annual bonus program.
