• Desired experience includes developing internal data protection programs, conducting privacy assessments, building data maps, performing data protection impact assessments, drafting privacy policies, negotiating data processing agreements, and managing data incident response.
• The role involves advising on cutting-edge or high-risk privacy issues, such as AI, AdTech, health data, biometric data, and kids and teen data, along with familiarity with digital advertising technology and AI-related legal and regulatory matters.
• This position offers significant client contact and the opportunity to work independently on complex privacy projects and investigations, requiring strong project management skills to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously across various jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.
