• The role requires experience counseling clients on state, federal, and international privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other emerging privacy regulations.
• Further experience includes responding to CIDs, subpoenas, and other regulatory inquiries, and conducting related internal investigations.
• Prior government, judicial clerkship, or relevant in-house experience is considered a plus.
