BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level to senior-level associate to join its Emerging Technologies practice in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in emerging technologies, data privacy, and advertising and marketing.

You will provide privacy and product compliance counseling, engage in tech and data transactions, and draft and negotiate contracts, advising on AdTech and digital media transactions while counseling on data breach incidents and developing

Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Experience with digital advertising technology and AI-related legal matters.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters across jurisdictions.
