Ask yourself if what you are doing is going to improve the life of your customer, your coworkers, your community, your family, or even your own life? Will your world be a better place because you walked through it and were able to positively influence those that you work with and serve?

Trideum Corporation is a 100% employee-owned company, committed to embracing the world’s toughest challenges with a servant’s heart. Through dedicated hard work and commitment, we provide distinctive quality and unparalleled customer service in all aspects of our business. We also know that our employees are the key to our success, and it is our mission to take care of them so they can take care of our customers and communities where we live, work, and play.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Threat & Security Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL, supporting Defense Industrial Base (DIB) security efforts across test, evaluation, missile defense, space, and multi-domain programs. In this key position, you will apply your expertise in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, risk analysis, OPSEC procedures, program protection, and advanced analytic methodologies to protect critical technologies, operations, facilities, and personnel supporting national security objectives.

This role requires strong critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication, and proactive engagement across diverse teams and missions. You will conduct detailed assessments on large, complex data sets to determine the nature, scope, and impact of potential security risks; evaluate critical information and vulnerabilities; and generate analytic products that inform security decisions and protective measures.

The ideal candidate has an active Top Secret clearance, experienced in strategic and tactical intelligence analysis, threat mitigation, OPSEC planning, critical information, structured analytic methodologies, and supporting both government and contractor environments. They should thrive on learning new technologies—including AI-enabled tools—solving complex problems and developing secure procedures that advance national security missions.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess Complex Data Sets: Analyze large, multifaceted data collections to assess possible compromise effects and evaluate potential impacts to sensitive or mission-critical information. Determine the presence and significance of Critical Program Information (CPI), Controlled Technical Information (CTI), Critical Vulnerabilities (CV), and Centers of Gravity (CoG) and communicate findings to government customers and leadership.
  • Conduct Intelligence Analysis: Produce and present intelligence assessments focused on foreign capabilities, adversary intent, and threat vectors impacting government programs and customers. Apply formal analytical methodologies to assess avenues of threat exploitation, programmatic risks, and security implications.
  • AI-Enabled Analysis: Utilize AI-powered analytic tools to support assessments, identify trends, and increase analytical throughput. Provide human-in-the-loop oversight to ensure proper interpretation of AI-derived insights, understanding how AI systems retrieve, process, and generate information.
  • Construct Analytic Payloads: Develop specialized information payloads and analytic products that support red-cell operations and adversary-centric assessments.
  • OPSEC Program Analysis: Analyze and maintain OPSEC-relevant information, including critical information identification, vulnerability assessments, and countermeasure development. Ensure OPSEC considerations are appropriately integrated across system lifecycles.
  • Perform Threat and Vulnerability Assessments: Conduct multi-domain risk assessments spanning physical, cyber, personnel, and operational environments. Recommend mitigation strategies aligned with DoD, IC, and customer requirements.
  • Develop Briefings and Documentation: Create high-quality analytic products, reports, and presentations for leadership and government customers. Ensure compliance with secure marking, documentation standards, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Collaborate Across Technical Teams: Work closely with engineers, program managers, security officers, data analysts, and integrators to embed intelligence, analytic findings, and OPSEC considerations into operational planning and system development.
  • Innovate and Evolve: Explore emerging technologies—including data analysis tools, automation capabilities, and analytic frameworks to continuously improve performance and mission resilience.
  • Travel Requirements: Engage in minimal travel for onboarding, corporate training, and other essential corporate activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Must have specialized USG/military training and education in intelligence analysis or a bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, Homeland Security, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years combined experience in intelligence analysis, operational security, or related analytic disciplines. Experience conducting structured assessments of complex data sets and identifying sensitive or mission-critical information is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable skills in analysis, data management, and analytic workflows. Must understand intelligence analysis processes, OPSEC practices, and threat assessments. Familiarity and/or hands‑on experience with Artificial Intelligence tools and their operational limitations is required.
  • Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to apply structured critical thinking to complex security and intelligence problems. Must be able to evaluate incomplete or ambiguous information, identify patterns and indicators, justify analytic conclusions, and develop sound, defensible assessments that support operational decision‑making.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities to articulate operational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Learning and Adaptability: A strong desire to learn, experiment with new technologies, and continuously expand existing skillsets.
  • Security Clearance: Must have an active Secret clearance, with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Specialized Experience: Intelligence analysis or OPSEC experience supporting missile defense, space operations, advanced weapons programs, or critical technology protection missions.
  • Red-Team / Adversary Analysis Exposure: Previous involvement in red-cell, adversary emulation, or threat scenario development efforts (appropriate for mid‑level roles).
  • Technical Writing & Briefing Expertise: Ability to deliver concise, actionable analytic briefs for technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Threat Tools & Sources: Working knowledge of IC reporting, OSINT tradecraft, adversary analysis, and analytic methodologies.
