Job summary

Konik is partnering with a growing defense engineering company to hire a Technical Writer focused on developing and maintaining Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) for complex defense products. The role requires collaborating with subject matter experts to interpret specifications and produce clear procedures, manuals, and illustrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Science, or related field.
• 3-7 years of Technical Writing experience, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with IETMs, XML/S1000D and/or ArborText.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
