Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementations, PM, and/or production support with front-office tech such as SimCorp One/Dimension, BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, Bloomberg AIM, FactSet, Finbourne, or Ridgeline.
• Understanding of the asset/wealth management value chain across client segments, products and operating models.
• Comfortable participating in executive-level workshops, steering committees, and program forums.
• Experience in at least two Front-/Middle-/Back Office focus areas: Portfolio Mgmt, Trading, Operations, Data Warehousing & Reporting, Alt. Investments, Performance & Attribution, Risk & Analytics, Compliance & Regulation, Reconciliation.
• Understanding investment products and asset classes and translating needs into operating/tech design requirements.
• SQL proficiency, data modelling, governance, and data quality management.
• Experience in small to medium-sized teams in implementation or consulting.
• Willingness to travel depending on client preference.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end front-/middle-/back-office implementations across assessment, requirements, design, configuration, integration, testing, and training.
• Own project planning and management with SOWe/task plans to ensure success.
• Support governance with status meetings, budget tracking, and client communication.
• Ensure deliverables align to requirements, specs, and best practices.
• Define and promote implementation best practices (SDLC, migration strategy, QA/testing).
• Contribute to internal accelerators and propositions within an IMS framework.
• Deliver handover to client teams upon engagement completion.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide a strategic perspective on investment technology selections and implementation decisions, work with specialist teams to deliver change across the Investment Management Solutions technology landscape, advise on solutions and operating models, and partner with client stakeholders to deliver value on time and on budget.

More responsibilities as follows:

• Help deliver end-to-end front-/middle-/back-office implementations, including: current-state assessment, requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, data integration, test planning and execution, and training/procedure documentation
• Own project planning and/or project management, including a detailed statement of work and task plan to ensure a successful implementation
• Aid in project governance, including regular status meetings, task and budget tracking, and proactive communication with clients and the Alpha delivery team
• Ensure deliverables and documentation align to requirements, specifications, and industry best practices
• Assist with defining and promoting implementation best practices (e.g., SDLC, migration strategy, and QA/testing standards)
• Contribute to internal accelerators and propositions within an IMS and front-/middle-/back-office framework
• Deliver business & technical workflow handover to client teams upon completion of engagement

Role Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with implementations, project management, and/or production support role with a focus on front office technology such as: SimCorp One/Dimension, Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, Bloomberg AIM, FactSet, Finbourne, or Ridgeline – with preference toward SimCorp One/Dimension experience
• Understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain - spanning multiple client segments, investment products, and operating models
• Must be comfortable participating in executive-level workshops, steering committees, and program forums
• Experience in and/or Project Management experience in at least two of the following Front-/Middle-/Back Office focus areas: Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Data Warehousing and Reporting, Alt. Investments, Performance & Attribution, Risk & Analytics, Compliance & Regulation, Transaction/Position/Cash Reconciliation, ABOR/IBOR
• Understanding of investment products and asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Alternatives - with the ability to translate investment and business needs into operating and technology design requirements
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, understanding of data modelling, data governance, and data quality management
• Experience in small to medium-sized teams in an implementation or consulting environment
• Openness to travel depending on client preference

The anticipated base salary for this role varies based on geographic location and is structured across three compensation zones. These zones reflect local market conditions and cost of labor. Geographic placement is determined by the employee’s primary work location.

• Zone A | $90,400 - $153,900: Applies to candidates working in designated high-cost metropolitan areas, including: Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Boston, MA; New York City, NY; and Washington, DC, as well as remote roles based in Massachusetts or the New York Tri-State Area.
• Zone B | $78,400- $128,250: Applies to candidates working in key metropolitan markets, including: Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; Denver, CO; and Philadelphia, PA, as well as remote roles based in Texas, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, or Colorado.
• Zone C | $72,000 - $118,750: Applies to all other U.S. locations not listed above.
• Toronto | CAD 110,240 - CAD 161,500: Applies to candidates working in the Toronto region

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and work location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. We are committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices across all locations.
