Job summary
Belay Technologies seeks a Mid-Level System Administrator to support IT systems across the DoD-focused intel team in Maryland. The SA2 handles day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UNIX and Windows environments, with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and coordination with agency management.
Qualified candidates have TS/SCI with polygraph; 10 years SA experience or 5 extra years in lieu of a degree, and a technical Bachelor's degree.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Ten years' SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity; Bachelor's degree required.
- Five additional SA years may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support and troubleshooting.
- Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and network components.
- Support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
- Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
